Orkest Order is built for Exact Online, via its API. For Exact Globe, integration is assessed case by case.

Are requests processed automatically?

Yes, when everything checks out. Requests with an anomaly are set aside for validation.

Can I test with my own customer requests?

Do my customers have to change the way they write to us?

No. They keep sending their requests just as they do today, in their usual formats.
