When you use the “Test with a real email” form, we collect your work email address, your company name, the ERP you use and the email or file you upload.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to process your trial request, send you the result and contact you about it. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention period
Uploaded emails and files are deleted once your trial has been processed. Contact details are kept for [period] from our last exchange.
Recipients
The data is accessible only to the Orkest teams and their technical subcontractors (hosting), within the limits of their assignments. It is never sold or transferred.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and its fonts are hosted locally: no data is sent to third-party services when you visit.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@orkest-systems.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO; in Ireland, the DPC).
