Does Orkest Order work with every version of Dolibarr?
Orkest Order uses the Dolibarr REST API, available in recent versions. We check that your instance is compatible during setup.
Do I need to install a module in Dolibarr?
No. You simply enable the REST API and create a dedicated access key with permissions on third parties, products and orders.
Are Dolibarr prices respected?
Yes. Orkest Order compares the price stated by the customer with your Dolibarr prices and flags any discrepancy before the order or quote is created.
Do my customers have to change the way they write to us?
No. They keep sending their requests just as they do today, in their usual formats.
