Orkest Order uses Odoo’s external API, available in both editions. We check that your version is compatible during setup.
Are orders created as quotations or confirmed?
You decide. Compliant orders can be confirmed automatically, while the others stay as quotations for validation.
Does Orkest Order handle multiple companies in Odoo?
Yes, the Pro plan supports multiple entities: each order or quote is created in the right company.
Do my customers have to change the way they write to us?
No. They keep sending their requests just as they do today, in their usual formats.
How much does the Odoo integration cost?
The integration is included in every plan, from €59 per month. Setup starts at €290, or is free depending on the plan and volume.
